We currently offer shipping to:
- Domestic (within India) – All major cities and towns

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- In case of delays (e.g., out-of-stock items), we will notify you by email or phone.

4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: ₹49 / Free for orders above ₹999
- Express Shipping: ₹99 (1–3 days delivery in select locations)
- COD (Cash on Delivery): Available in select areas with an additional fee of ₹99
- Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your shipment through our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.
6. Packaging
All items are carefully packed using secure and tamper-proof packaging to prevent any damage during transit. For used or exchanged devices, we ensure thorough inspection and safe packing.
7. Delayed / Lost Shipments
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

- We will coordinate with the courier and update you promptly.
- For lost shipments confirmed by the courier, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the package and item.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
9. In-Store Pickup (if applicable)
- Customers may choose Store Pickup during checkout.
- Once ready, you will receive a notification to collect your order from our store location.
