We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery (whichever is later).
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, accessories, and invoice.

3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used screen protectors, cables, chargers, or earphones
- Software, downloads, or digital products
- Devices damaged due to misuse, negligence, or water damage after delivery
- Products without original invoice or proof of purchase
4. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 Days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or store credit, depending on customer preference or business policy.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is possible for the same product if it is defective, or for another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).
- Exchange requests must be made within 2-3 days of delivery.
- Physical inspection is required before confirming an exchange.
6. Return Process

- Share details: order number, reason for return, and product photos if defective.
- Wait for confirmation and return authorization.
- Pack the product securely and send it to our address or drop it at our store (if applicable).
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.
